Move money.Keep momentum.

More than payment acceptance — taking money, moving it between banks, and paying it out, each handled by a product engineered to do exactly that. Built to connect: drive us from your own software, or we integrate with the systems you already run.

  • Terminals, transfers, and payouts under one roof
  • Each one production-grade in its own right
  • Built, and answered, in Toronto

Production-grade

Each does one job — completely.

Payments, EFT, and Payouts — every one a production-grade product engineered for a single job in moving money.

Payments

Accept money wherever your customers are — in-store on PAX terminals, online, or out in the field, all on one system.

  • Chip, tap, and QR taken directly on PAX A-series terminals, with cash recorded on the same ticket
  • Counter and desktop POS, plus an embeddable online store on your own domain
  • Field-service work orders from quote to on-site signature to payment
  • Card-not-present payments by secure link — sent as a text, an email, or a QR code from the terminal itself
  • SEMI/ECR mode and a documented REST API to drive the terminal from your own software
  • A Logivision L-POS plug-in that runs on the lane: the tender button starts the payment on the terminal, with tips, refunds, and held tickets handled in the POS you already use
  • One shared catalog, statutory tax engine, customer book, and reports across every channel
  • Refunds, voids, and pre-authorizations linked to the original transaction

EFT

Move money between Canadian bank accounts on schedule — automating recurring collections, deposits, and payroll, with full reporting and reconciliation on every run.

  • Scheduled and recurring payments on daily, weekly, or monthly cadences
  • Direct deposits, payroll, and vendor or customer payments
  • Batch processing for high-volume collections and deposits
  • Customer self-onboarding by secure email invitation — no manual bank-detail entry
  • Automatic, customisable email notifications showing customers what left their account and when
  • A branded client portal with live status: Pending, Processing, Completed
  • Reports and charts for monthly activity, collections, deposits, failed transactions, and agreement performance
  • Full transaction history with exportable reconciliation and audit records

Payouts

Distribute money to drivers and operators — with configurable splits, dues tracking, and the whole run paid out by EFT.

  • Driver and operator payouts with configurable company / earner splits
  • Splits across debit, credit, prepaid, voucher, and cash, with tips and surcharge handled separately
  • Dues sheets that track per-pay-period earnings through draft, preview, and activate
  • Prepaid voucher capture and processing, grouped into invoices
  • Prepaid payments taken up front and carried through to the payout run
  • A work-order scheduler to book, assign, and dispatch jobs to drivers and operators
  • Customer invoicing with bulk acceptance and on-behalf payers
  • The whole payout run sent out by EFT, straight into earners' bank accounts
  • Payout, dues-balance, and transaction-flow reports, exportable for reconciliation

Card-not-present

Secure 3D, from your palm.

The customer isn’t at your counter, and neither is their card. Take the payment anyway — start it on the terminal in your hand, and let them pay from their own phone, authenticated by their own bank.

Open by design

Wire it up from either end.

Nothing here is a closed box. Drive our terminal from the software you already run, build straight onto our API, or hand us what your existing systems produce and let us do the fitting.

Your POS sends SALE · $42.50 to Our terminal, which answers APPROVED · 004512.

Your POS keeps the screen. Our terminal takes the card.

Software you already run sends the amount over a single call. The card is presented to the terminal, which handles chip, tap and PIN and hands back the result — your software asks for the money and is told what happened, and never has to carry the card itself.

  • Sales, refunds, voids, and cash transactions, driven remotely
  • Terminal control too — show a screen, print, capture customer input, close the batch
  • An idempotency key is required on anything that moves money, so a retry resolves to the original command instead of a new one
  • Every command has a status you can poll until the terminal answers

Transparency

Nothing hidden — not the money, not the fees.

You should never have to guess where your money is, when it will land, or what a transaction really cost. So we built the answers in.

Where

Where the money is

Every payment carries its own state — approved, settled, moved, split, paid. Open any transaction and see exactly where it stands. No black boxes, no “check back tomorrow.”

When

When it actually settles

We don't call the day done until the bank confirms the batch. Here, “approved” and “settled” are different words — and you get the timestamp for each.

How

How it got there

Every step lands on one exportable record — accepted, moved, paid — ready for reconciliation, tax, and audit. Nothing to reconstruct after the fact.

No hidden fees.

The rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay — no surprise line items, no mystery deductions, no gotcha at month-end. If a fee applies, you see it before it happens.

Industries

Who actually runs on this.

Five kinds of business, five different headaches — and the one product that takes each one off your plate. Pick one and look around.

Passenger transportation

Every fare split right. Every driver paid on time.

Taxi and limousine fleets that split fares among drivers, track dues and surcharges, and pay out by EFT.

The company

The discipline under every product.

POS VELOCITY is built by people who started with payment terminals and grew into the software around them. That order matters — hardware has to work in one shot, in someone’s hand, in front of a paying customer, and every product since has been held to that standard. Based in Toronto, built for Canadian business.
